The room was spacious and had a lovely view of the market. , Staff was super friendly and helpful, always smiling whenever we had questions about places to visit.

Comfortable Stay with Room for Improvement
I had a decent stay as a solo traveler. The staff were friendly, but lacked direction, leading to a long wait at check-in. My room offered stylish furnishings, but I missed the fitness facilities. Enjoyed a pleasant breakfast, though choices were limited. Consider checking for restaurant reservations beforehand.

Had an awesome trip with friends! The location was perfect, just a quick walk to explore the luxurious shops on Maximilianstraße and the unique Fünf Höfe arcade. Highly recommend checking out the great breakfast options here. The spacious and clean room really made the stay enjoyable.
Had a pretty rough start with the airport transfer. Despite multiple confirmations, nobody was at the airport to pick us up. It was frustrating after a long travel day.

missingWrote a review on May 28great locationfriendly staffspacious roompricey breakfastpoor wi-fifirm mattress
The Louis Hotel offered a fantastic location right in the heart of Munich, with easy access to Viktualienmarkt and Marienplatz. The room was spacious and well-appointed, featuring lovely decor, which I appreciated. Staff were welcoming and friendly, always ready to assist with any requests. However, I ran into some annoyances. For starters, the Wi-Fi connection was unreliable and only available for 30 minutes free daily. I also felt the breakfast options were overpriced and lacked variety during weekdays, as we could only order from the menu instead of enjoying a buffet. Additionally, the mattress on the bed was overly firm for my taste, which made sleeping a bit less comfortable than I’d hoped for. Though I loved the style of the hotel, the lack of certain amenities like a coffee maker in the room was disappointing. Overall, the experience was enjoyable but could use some tweaks to improve overall comfort and convenience.
